They usual talk about loyalty and in the first crisis they face; they won’t mind terminating you

A1: Give them what they want, but also make sure to get what you want

Its not about the money they gave you! Even if you get paid 2,000 (USD) per hour! Its about gaining the experience and being a man of value, being able to adapt yourself with all changes happening around you in the world, creating real connections, branding yourself..etc.
